Hi the location is perfect-as usual the hotel is fantastic the staff are fantastic they never fail also food/ beers where fantastic well done to all .my only very small issue was room 30 shower it was impossible to shower properly with that metal shower/ soap holder in the position it in i think it should removed.other then that everything else was fantastic well done to all the staff 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏

Pretty much everything. The hotel cannot be faulted the staff are fantastic food beers amazing well done to all.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The food served in the restaurant is varied and very good portion sizes. Very enjoyable food. As we were leaving the following morning before breakfast serving the kitchen provided us with a fabulous take away breakfast. Really good addition to what is already a very good service.

Excellent service from staff. We arrived late as ferry had docked late and meal service had just finished. Staff organised a meal for two no problem. Our sincere thanks after a long day travelling.

Staff were so good at their jobs and always so friendly, nothing was a bother to them!. Food was excellent. Location was perfect. Value for money excellent. .

Bedroom carpets could do with a deep clean or better yet changed to a good laminate floor which would be a lot easier to keep clean. Just a rub of a damp mop every day.

We had The Heritage Room booked for 2 days and it was bright and airy. We had access to wifi, flip chart, projector etc. Coffee and scones delivered to us when asked The bedrooms were very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast and super service

Hidden away little gem even though it qas loacated on a budy road it was plesently peacefull,staff were so friendly and help and choices of wonderfull tasty food ,you would be spoilt for choice

No elevater ,luckily i didnt have much luggage but it didnt over shadow our lovely stay in our cosy clean room

Every member of staff that we dealt with were absolutely amazing. Their customer service i hope is recognised. The food was beautiful as always. The rooms were immaculate .

Quick check in, nice friendly service. Menu nice and varied, staff very helpful. Room comfortable and warm and added bath in en suite

Roadway nearby very busy and traffic can be heard. even though shut.

The Farmers Kitchen is a very welcoming hotel with lovely, helpful staff.

Because of the hotel's location, there is some traffic noise but that would be the only negative.

All staff very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and a good choice on menu. Room was fully cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Can't knock the hotel. Highly recommended
